Casio G-SHOCK “Mirror Face” Collection New Releases
Casio G-SHOCK introduces an extension to their Mirror Face Collection with these new releases, again working with the DW6900SB model. As you can see, rich metallic bodies are paired with mirrored façades in four new colorways: deep navy blue with lime green accents and LCD, maroon with electric purple screen, sleek gray with dark red contrasts and tangerine with orange and white highlights. Each of the new models are now available at Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Tourneau, Fashion Time and select stockists for around $99.
Please get these as soon as possible and show the world how things are done right. Anyways, I think that these watches are pretty cool. Nothing special but it’s good to see that G Shock is coming out with items other than Crazy Colors and stupid collaborations. Hope to see these soon on your videos.

Kaws Book by Rizzoli – New Cover Art
It seems like the Kaws book cover for his upcoming title by Rizzoli, has changed. Here above you see now the new artwork of the book, which will be released September 21st.
Too bad it releases in mid-September, I was hoping to pick this book up when I’m in New York in a couple weeks. Anyways, hope to see the inside and if they added anything new.
Moncler V Fall/Winter 2010 Outerwear
These are two of my favorites from the releases.
The Moncler line consists of down jackets, blazers, jackets and vests. The color palette is very vintage and reminds us of 70s skiing.
Even though I can’t afford to get one of these jackets myself, this is one of my favorite brands. I have one of their windbreakers and the quality on it is exceptional. For those who have money to blow, I recommend getting one for the winter.
This reminds me of the rain jacket I used to wear when I was 3.
I might consider getting this… Hopefully

Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream Mountaineering Softpack and Climbing Camo Laptop Case
Billionaire Boys Club will release one of their first accessories for the season with their 2010 fall/winter Mountaineering Softpack. As one of mini-themes within the collection, the backpack is fashioned after an obvious outdoor theme. The most obvious feature is a dual compartment design with contrast tabs. The back liner is comprised of a “Climbing Camo” pattern. Available August 4th, 2010 at THE ICE CREAM STORE TOKYO.
From the Fall/Winter 2010 Collection of BBC/Ice Cream, we present the new Mountaineering Softpack and the Climbing Camo 15 Inch Laptop case. The backpack comes in a mostly black colorway with tan leather details, as well as the climbing camo pattern on the back. The laptop case features the climbing camo pattern all-over. Both pieces will release on August 4th.
I’ve been waiting awhile for BBC/Ice Cream to come out with a 15 inch laptop case. They’ve only released the 13 inch Waffle laptop case awhile back. Anyways, the backpack is looking real nice with subtle details. I have a good feeling about this coming season.

Re-working a traditional brogue shoe, JUNYA WATANABE has created a timeless wing tip design in two colorways as part of the COMME des GARCONS MAN 2010 fall/winter range. Both versions are now available in-store at Dover Street Market and select stockists around the globe.
People have been talking about these shoes looked simple but if its the little things that count. The stitching is incredible and the material of the shoe itself has to be of best quality. As they say, you pay for what you get.

NEIGHBORHOOD & LUKER by NEIGHBORHOOD present looks from both lines for Fall/Winter 2010 via en editorial within Japanese publication Men’s Non-No. The shoot highlights an assortment of upcoming styles from both NEIGHBORHOOD’s darker, motoring aesthetic and the more casual, prep English style from LUKER by NEIGHBORHOOD, each contrasting each other quite well. This is so good. Nice editorial too, it’s dark and captivating. I’m really looking forward to the Luker X Adidas X Kazuki hoodie. I would believe that it’s coming out in August so I’m going to be on that real soon.
I like the fedora.. but to be honest, the whole outfit is fresh!

Dunhill iPad Cover
Selectism looks forward to Dunhill’s Spring 2011 iPad folio. “Coming in Spring 2011 is this wonderful sleeve cover for your beloved machine. “Shown in Paris back in June. the cover is printed with a letter addressed to ‘Alfred Dunhill’, along with 2 blue lines to look like the letter’s been strapped in.”
This is dope, I wonder how much it costs? When I get to New York in mid August, I’m going to cop an iPad and i would definitely want this case. It’s sleek and discrete that can protect the iPad at the same time. Dunhill has been in the industry for a long time and they definitely know how to do it right.
CASIO G-SHOCK 2010 August Releases
CASIO G-SHOCK update their incoming line of watches for the month of August, 2010. Some pre-existing themes have been re-introduced including a “Matte Black Red Eye” pack seen over less popular styles, the AW-591ML-1AJF and the G-300ML-1AJF. Two tonal “Crazy Colors” DW-6900s also enter August’s release scheme, represented by blue and red colors. The lone collaboration for August revolves around Japanese anime franchise, Evangelion which involves a colorful purple/green/orange GA-110EV-6AJR. Available next month at select retailers.
G Shock… where do I ever start with this. First and foremost, shout out to Paul Micken and Tyko Moon for doing crazy things with G Shocks and providing the world with the idea of how G Shock collecting should be done. Secondly, the DW 6900s of these releases are pretty dope, I’m into the blue one right now. But for the most part, every G Shock DW 6900 release has been pretty good this year. Oh, by the way, for those who think that the GA 110 is nice? peep this.
